Shiprocket is the aggregator most Indian sellers meet first, and for plenty of them it works. The complaints we hear are rarely about the couriers themselves — they are about charges that appear after the fact, weight-slab revisions that are hard to contest, and support that turns into a ticket queue exactly when an order is stuck.
