• Account data: name, business name, email, phone number, password (hashed).
• KYC data: PAN, GST number, business registration, address proof, bank account details, signatory details.
• Shipment & buyer address data: pickup and delivery addresses, buyer name and phone, order value, product description, weight and dimensions.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address, timestamps.
• Cookies: small text files used to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage.

• Create and operate your account and process shipments you book.
• Share shipment and address data with your chosen Courier Partner so they can deliver.
• Bill you, remit COD, and produce invoices and reports.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Prevent fraud, misuse and abuse.
• Send transactional messages (booking, tracking, remittance) and, with your consent, product updates.
• Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

• Courier Partners - we share pickup and delivery addresses, buyer contact details, weight and order value so they can deliver the shipment and collect COD.
• Payment processors - for wallet recharges, subscription payments and COD remittance.
• Technology processors - cloud hosting, email/SMS providers, analytics and customer-support tools, under confidentiality obligations.
• Government or law enforcement - when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (login sessions, security) and for analytics. On your first visit we show a cookie banner where you can Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice later by clearing your browser storage for our site. Essential cookies are always on because the platform cannot function without them.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records under Indian law). Shipment records are typically retained for at least 8 years for accounting and tax compliance. We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, audit logs and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure - please use a strong unique password and enable multi-factor authentication if offered.

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erase data we no longer need (subject to legal retention).
• Withdraw consent for processing based on consent, at any time.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of incapacity or death.

RoutikQ is a B2B logistics platform and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please email us and we will delete it.

When you, or software you connect, use our developer API, we record technical details of each request — the time, the endpoint called, the result, a short non-secret key identifier, and the IP address the request came from. We do not store the contents of your shipments, your customers' details, or your API secret in these logs. We keep them for up to 180 days to keep the service secure, detect and prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and meet our operational and legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

To help prevent failed deliveries, our system checks the delivery addresses you upload and may flag ones that appear incomplete or undeliverable. Where an address is flagged, we may retain the delivery address and contact number for that order to review and improve delivery success and to understand where delivery problems occur. This information is encrypted, access is restricted to authorised Routikq personnel on a need-to-know basis, every access is logged, and it is retained for up to 180 days and then deleted. We use it only to improve delivery performance and our service — we do not sell it or use it for advertising. You, or the person the information concerns, may ask us to delete it.

When you use our seller panel (the sign-in, sign-up and dashboard pages), we use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to understand how sellers discover and sign up for RoutikQ and to measure the performance of our advertising. The Pixel records only that a page was viewed and that a seller account completed onboarding — it does not receive your name, email, phone number, PAN, GST number, or address from us. As with any website, Meta also receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page address.
