How the Routikq wallet works

Your Routikq wallet is a prepaid balance for shipping — not a bank account. You add funds in advance and they are used only to pay your shipping charges and related fees. Wallet funds are not withdrawable or transferable to a bank account. If you close your Routikq account, any unused balance is refunded to your registered bank account after settlement of undisputed amounts due.

Yes, those are pay-as-you-go: WhatsApp notifications are ₹3 per order and NDR handling is ₹10 per attempt. You are only charged when they are used.

Cash-on-delivery collected from your buyers is remitted to you by Routikq on a regular payout cycle — credited to your wallet or paid to your registered bank account, per your settings. You do not withdraw it yourself; Routikq processes the remittance to you.

On account closure, your unused wallet balance is refunded to your registered bank account after settlement of any undisputed amounts due, within the timeframe stated in our Terms.
