1. Definitions

  • Platform - the RoutikQ website, dashboard, APIs and mobile apps.
  • Seller - a business or individual that uses the Platform to book shipments.
  • Courier Partner - a third-party logistics company (e.g. Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees) that physically picks up, carries and delivers a Shipment.
  • Shipment - a package booked through the Platform for delivery by a Courier Partner.
  • COD - Cash on Delivery, where the buyer pays the Courier Partner at the time of delivery.

2. About RoutikQ

RoutikQ is a technology aggregator that connects Sellers to third-party Courier Partners. We provide rate comparison, booking, label generation, tracking and reconciliation tools. We are not a courier company and we do not physically pick up, carry, sort or deliver any Shipment. All physical logistics is performed by the Courier Partner the Seller selects at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility & account / KYC

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law. To book Shipments you must complete our KYC process, which may include verification of PAN, GST, business registration, address proof and bank account details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Seller obligations

You agree that for every Shipment you will:

  • Provide accurate weight and dimensions of the package.
  • Provide correct pickup and delivery addresses with a valid phone number.
  • Ship only lawful goods that comply with Indian law and the Courier Partner's policies.
  • Pack the goods properly so they can survive normal handling in transit.
  • Declare the correct invoice value for the goods inside.

5. Prohibited & restricted items

You may not ship items that are illegal or restricted under Indian law or under any Courier Partner's policy. This includes but is not limited to: narcotics and psychotropic substances, firearms and ammunition, live animals, human remains, currency, gold and precious metals, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases, perishable food beyond the Courier Partner's limits, and counterfeit goods. If a Courier Partner refuses, seizes or returns a Shipment for containing a prohibited item, RoutikQ has no liability and any charges levied by the Courier Partner will be passed through to you.

6. Pricing & billing

Charges consist of (a) any RoutikQ subscription fee for your chosen plan, and (b) courier freight, which is charged at actuals based on the Courier Partner's rate card for the origin, destination, weight, dimensions and mode you select.

Weight discrepancies: Courier Partners re-weigh packages at their hub. If the re-weighed value is higher than what you declared, the additional freight (and any handling fee) will be debited from your wallet or invoiced. You can raise a weight dispute per the timelines in our Refund Policy.

All fees are exclusive of taxes. GST and any other applicable taxes will be added to your invoice at the prevailing rate.

7. COD collection & remittance

For COD Shipments, the Courier Partner collects the order amount from the buyer at the time of delivery and remits it to RoutikQ. RoutikQ then remits the amount to the Seller's registered bank account per the remittance cycle published in the dashboard (subject to Courier Partner reconciliation). COD charges and remittance fees, if any, will be shown at booking.

8. Claims, RTO and NDR handling

RTO (Return to Origin) freight is charged as per the Courier Partner's rate card and is the Seller's responsibility. For NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), the Seller must respond within the timelines shown in the dashboard, otherwise the Shipment may be auto-RTO'd. Loss and damage claims must be filed within the Courier Partner's stated claim window, with the supporting documents listed in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

RoutikQ acts solely as an intermediary between Sellers and Courier Partners. Liability for physical loss, damage or delay of a Shipment lies with the Courier Partner and is capped as per that Courier Partner's terms and Indian law. RoutikQ's total liability to any Seller in any 12-month period will not exceed the RoutikQ subscription fees paid by that Seller in the preceding 12 months. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoutikQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RoutikQ, its employees and its Courier Partners harmless from any claim, damage, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your shipping of prohibited or misdeclared items, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the Platform, committed fraud, or created risk for RoutikQ, a Courier Partner or a buyer. You may stop using the Platform at any time; see the Refund Policy for what happens to any wallet balance and active subscription.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY], India. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; failing which, disputes will be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by RoutikQ, seated in [CITY], with proceedings in English.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
